You will be refused if a double cabin is booked for One.

General information:

• All rates below are valid until March 2011, are in NZ dollars and include GST. (click here for currency conversion)
• Bookings are recommended
• All monies are to be paid in full before departure.
• Visa or Mastercard details to secure booking.
• Cancellation policies before departure:
  48 hours notice for cancellation (100% will be charged-no refund)
  If cancellation occurs on any prepaid bookings, payment refund will be made less 15% for administration costs.
  No show on the day of departure no refund (100% will be charged).
• NOTE: As we use another company for the transfers across Lake Manapouri, it is important you arrive on time. Unfortunately, the transer boat doesn't wait for you, so please don't be late!

We can arrange for bus transportation from Queenstown to Manapouri and return, or, Te Anau to Manapouri and return. This would be an extra cost. Ask us about this option when booking.
